EMS Towing Safety Management System, which involves safety, training, operations, maintenance, and vessel crewing policies and procedures, was one of the first to be approved and certified by the American Bureau of Shipping as meeting or exceeding the requirements of USCG Subchapter M Regulations. Additionally, our Towing Safety Management System is routinely and successfully audited by our customers, which include major energy companies. Our Towing Safety Management System, which is also OCIMF TMSA 3 compliant, is continually evaluated and revised via employee feedback, audits, near miss reporting, and incident investigations. The EMS culture, in conjunction with the Towing Safety Management System, continues to promote incident-free operations in support of our GOAL ZERO objective.
